- 🚐 Vehicle provided is based on the number of people travelling. Extra charges will apply if additional vehicles (or a higher-capacity vehicle) are required due to extra or oversized luggage.

- 🚌 Seat-in-coach (SIC) transfers operate on shared basis with other passengers. Guests must be at the pickup point/hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before pickup time. Waiting time may be 30–45 minutes depending on traffic and pickup route.
- ⌛ Maximum waiting time for shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. If the guest is not reachable, it will be treated as a No Show.
