🚐 Transfer & Vehicle Policy

🚐 Vehicle allocation is based on the number of travelers. Extra charges apply if additional vehicles or larger-capacity vehicles are required due to extra or oversized luggage.
📍 Outstation / non-city hotels will attract additional charges for both private and shared transfers. These must be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.

🚌 Seat-in-Coach (SIC) Transfer Policy

🚌 SIC transfers operate on a shared basis with other passengers.
⏰ Guests must be present at the hotel lobby or pickup point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
⌛ Waiting time may range between 30–45 minutes depending on traffic, hotel location, and other guest pickups.
⏱️ Maximum waiting time for shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will check the lobby, concierge desk, or call the hotel room. If there is no response, it will be considered a No Show.
🔄 SIC pickup timings may be preponed or postponed based on hotel location and route. Any changes will be communicated via the support channel.

🛣️ Only one motorway stop is permitted for a maximum of 30 minutes, chargeable at THB 300 per stop. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and paid directly to the driver.
❌ Any changes requested directly to the driver will not be accepted. All requests must be routed through the support channel.
📞 Drivers will not contact guests directly due to possible language barriers. All coordination will be handled via the support channel.
