Important Notes
  • 🚐 Vehicle type is based on the number of passengers. Extra charges will apply if additional vehicles or larger-capacity vehicles are required due to extra or oversized luggage.
  • 📍 For stays outside the city area, additional charges will apply for both private and shared transfers. These charges must be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.
  • 🚗 Private transfers do not mean the vehicle is on disposal. The vehicle will pick up and drop off at specified timings only. Maximum waiting time for private transfers is 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Failure to arrive within this time will be treated as a No Show.
  • 🚌 Seat-in-Coach (SIC) transfers are shared transfers with other passengers. Guests must be at the hotel lobby or pickup point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Waiting time may vary between 30–45 minutes depending on traffic, hotel location, and other pickups.
  • ⏱️ Maximum waiting time for SIC pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will check the lobby, concierge area, or hotel room. If no response is received, it will be treated as a No Show.
  • 🔄 Pickup timings for SIC transfers may change (preponed or postponed) based on hotel location and route. Any changes will be informed via the support channel.
  • 📝 From 1st May 2025, all travelers entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within 3 days prior to arrival.
  • 🛂 For Visa on Arrival, one passport-size photograph (4 x 6 cm) is required.
