The vehicle provided depends on the number of travelers. Extra charges will apply if additional vehicles or higher-capacity vehicles are required due to extra or oversized luggage.
If the hotel is located outside the city area, extra charges will apply for both private and shared transfers. These charges must be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.
Private transfers do not mean the vehicle is on disposal. The vehicle will only pick up and drop off at scheduled timings. Maximum waiting time is 15 minutes from the pickup time. If guests are not found within this time, it will be treated as a No Show.
Seat-in-coach (SIC) transfers are shared transfers with other passengers. Guests must be at the pickup point or hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before pickup time. Waiting time may range between 30–45 minutes depending on traffic, hotel location, and other pickups.
Maximum waiting time for shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will check the lobby, concierge desk, or hotel room. If no response is received, the vehicle will leave and it will be considered a No Show.
Pickup timings for SIC transfers may change (earlier or later) depending on hotel location and route. Any changes will be informed through the support channel.
From May 1st, 2025, all travelers entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card online within 3 days prior to arrival.
For Visa on Arrival, one passport-size photograph (4 x 6 cm) is required.
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
A valid air ticket and proof of accommodation are mandatory.
Travelers must carry a minimum of 10,000 THB per person or 20,000 THB per family in cash or forex card. Credit cards or bank statements are not accepted.
Visa on Arrival fee is THB 2,000 per person. Express visa may cost an additional THB 200 per person.
Once the trip has started, driver schedules and sightseeing timings are fixed and cannot be changed. If changes are not possible, no refunds will be provided.
Only one motorway stop of 30 minutes is allowed and is chargeable at THB 300 per stop. Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior and paid directly to the driver.
Any changes requested directly to the driver will not be accepted. All change requests must be made through the support channel.
