The vehicle provided is based on the number of travelers. Extra charges will apply if additional vehicles or higher-capacity vehicles are required due to extra or oversized luggage.
If the hotel is located outside the city area, additional charges will apply for both private and shared transfers. These charges must be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.
Private transfers do not mean the vehicle is on disposal. The vehicle will only pick you up and drop you off at the attraction at scheduled timings. The maximum waiting time for private tours/transfers is 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If you are not available at the pickup point within this time, it will be considered a No Show.
Seat-in-coach (SIC) transfers mean shared bus transfers with other passengers. Guests are requested to be at the pickup point or hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Waiting time may vary between 30–45 minutes depending on traffic, hotel location, and other guest pickups.
The maximum waiting time for shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will check the lobby, concierge desk, or call the hotel room. If there is no response, the vehicle will depart after 5 minutes and it will be considered a No Show.
Pickup timings for shared (SIC) transfers are subject to change (earlier or later) depending on hotel location and pickup route. Any changes will be informed via the support channel.

Any changes requested directly to the driver will not be accepted. All change requests must be made through the support channel.
